‘Astroboy Movie Trailers’ are all over the internet right now, because Astro Boy, or Tetsuwan Atom as he is called in Japan, is about to hit the big screen October this year, and I’m so excited about it. I’ve been an Astroboy fanatic eversince I was small. As a kid, I loved reading astroboy comics and watching astroboy TV series. Even now that I am a grown-up, I still watch astroboy online. It is probably the only animated character that all generations in our family have watched and appreciated.
Astroboy is a unique character. Atom or Astro is an artificial intelligence robot who projects the image of a little boy, who can feel, who gets sad, and even sleeps. He later turned into a space hero. I guess everyone who had the chance to know about the vintage hero astroboy, has learned to love his character too. The manga astroboy, was started out by the so called Godfather of Manga and Anime, Osamu Tezuka.
Astro boy has truly gone a long way, from the comics and manga series, anime tv series, now there’s astroboy movie that is brought to us by imagi. Watching the astroboy trailer, and other youtube astroboy teasers is making me even more excited.
Astroboy 2009 version may have the same plot and story, but this time around, astroboy or tetsuwan atom looks a little little different from the classic one. Perhaps it is also because of the advancement in the animation technology these days. But it doesn’t matter anymore, I’m just glad that ‘Astroboy’ is flying to the big screen soon.
